Maintenance-free mileage
The Rucanor Cargo has Shimano Nexus 7 gears and a closed chaincase, which protects the chain and gears from water and dirt. Hub gears require less maintenance than derailleur gears. This in turn saves time during maintenance! The front brake is a Shimano V-brake and for this you will need to replace the brake pads from time to time. The Shimano rollerbrake rear brake fortunately requires almost no maintenance!

Powerful mid-motor and large battery
This electric transport bike is powered by an Ananda middle motor with 60 NM of torque. This makes it easy to pull this bike over a bridge or overpass. The battery has 550 Wh and is good for dozens of kilometers without recharging.

We recommend to charge the battery of the bike in the bike itself. This is because the battery is fully integrated at the bottom of the frame and can easily be charged without removing it. For maintenance or repair, however, the battery is removable. Thanks to the built-in fall protection, the battery will not unexpectedly land on the ground when being removed. This makes the process not only safe, but also user-friendly.

Rear and front rack with MIK
MIK stands for Mounting Is Key and allows you to quickly and easily attach bicycle accessories to your bike, such as bike seats, crates and panniers. Both carriers of the Rucanor Cargo are equipped with this MIK technology (please note, MIK adapter plate is not included). More than enough space for luggage and extremely convenient.
